My name is Antje Ursula Seebohm.
I was born in Hamburg/Germany in 1956. 
For more than 20 years I worked as a lawyer for a well-known credit insurance company. Seen
from the outside I lived an almost perfect life with a nice home and garden and a good regular income.
Still I wasn't really happy, and the older I grew, the more I felt that there must be more to life. So I
started searching for my own personal sense of living.
Before I finally found my way I tried out differnet methods of self-development. I probably was what some people call a "Self-Development Junkie" or a "Seminar-Hopper"... Much of what I learned really brought me forward - for example "Silva Mind Control" (today called "The Silva UltraMind System") which can surely be recommended to everybody and which I still practice today.
Other systems that I tried out, including Falun Gong, Tai Chi or "The Self-Realization Foundation" (founded by Paramahansa Yogananda) can definitely be judged very honorable - but they were not what I needed!
Then I found Reiki ....
In the beginning I thought Reiki was just another way of relaxing, similar to having a cosmetic treatment or a massage. But it felt good, so I enjoyed a few sessions and then decided to obtain the first degree so I could do it myself.
In fact Reiki did a lot more for me ... !
From the moment I received my first degree, my life changed slowly but constantly.
It did not happen all at once, of course. But I became aware that throughout the years I had
been drifting away from my own personal self. I was living a life that was only ruled by the
needs and wishes of other people.
It took some time, but the more I got involved with Reiki and came into contact with those
special energies the more I found the strength to take over responsibility for my life again.
It wasn't easy - but I made the necessary changes, step by step, even at the risk of losses and
of hurting the people that I loved.
What's impressive is that in the end things turned out positively for
everybody who was involved!
Today I am living a completely different and much happier life than I
did before! Over here in Sliema I am finally doing a job that's
good for my clients AND for myself!
This is my personal experience with Reiki. If you want you can find out yourself
what it will do for you. And don't worry - Reiki can never do more to you than you allow.
If you are open for changes, they will happen. But of course they need not be that dramatic -
and they will always be for the better!

about Reiki might be interested in my personal lineage.

Of course my story doesn't end here. I've always kept my interest in learning and studying
different methods for Healing and Self Development.
By the end of 2008 I got certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist.
